All photographic works, visual series, prose, graphic assets, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Valentin Borșan and are shielded by international copyright conventions.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Prints are crafted on 100% cotton archival museum paper (Hahnemühle) utilizing archival mineral pigment inks. Limited edition works include a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Digital delivery packages (Basic 15 photos, Premium 25 photos, Family up to 50 photos) cover high-resolution file delivery and artistic retouching only; photoshoot attendance and event production are contracted separately.
Delivered images grant a personal, non-commercial license for family prints and social profiles.
If an insured art tube arrives damaged during courier transport, notify us with photo evidence within 48 hours for a prompt, complimentary replacement reprint.
These terms are regulated by Italian and European Union consumer and copyright legislation.
