Individual Photography Consent — Adults
Privacy notice and consent agreement regarding personal data processing and likeness usage in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian privacy legislation (D.Lgs. 196/2003 / 101/2018).

- Photographic documentation of the session. Shooting, private delivery, portfolio display, and social media showcase are authorized separately.
- Legal Basis
- Explicit freely given consent under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 GDPR. Consent is voluntary and revocable at any time.
- Processed Data
- Photographic likeness, contact details, and essential identification data required for project records.
- Retention Period
- Stored safely for up to 5 years from capture date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Data Subject Rights
- Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and withdrawal of consent via contact@valentinborsan.art.
Declining online publication permissions has no adverse effect on participating in the shoot or receiving private digital photos.

Each permission is independent. You may grant private archiving while declining public social media publishing.

I authorize using selected works in professional social media posts and exhibitions.
